Automatic slipchain system

Loading/unloading time for 13,5 meters : 90 seconds

The automatic slipchain system has been designed to load/unload automatically pallets from docks to trailers and vice versa.

The main objective is to reduce handling costs where up to 85% of cost reduction can be obtained in case of shuttle operations.

Slipchain system is made up of Hydraroll pneumatic roller tracks and a slipchain drive system which transfers 32 Europallets in 90 seconds.

Big advantage of this combined system of rollers and chain is the minimal wearing of chains because all the pallets are supported by the roller tracks which leaves handling to a minimum.

The integrated chain system enables pallet accumulation and connection to automatic silo.

A fail-safe dock lock and levelling device will be installed for suitable trailer dock connection.

Characteristics:

Trailer/truck : Trailer will be equipped with 4 sunken pneumatic roller tracks and 2 central chains.

The combined system enables manual loading and unloading when electric supply fails.

Dock: Equipped live roller bed and slip chain drive system for pallet accumulation and silo connection.
