Autoloading without modification of the truck
The NALON N8 is a system for the automated loading and unloading of trucks and containers. The system is va lid for any truck with no need for modifications, and has a capacity of 150 pallets per hour.
The NALON N8 can work on multiple loading docks, thereby increasing productivity.
The NALON N8 Automated Truck Loading System basically consists of a transfer car which moves along the different docks, and a truck loading car which carries out the complete loading sequence at the dock selected.

The car's mission is to position the truck loading car in the desired loading dock, aligned with the centre axis of the truck.

Main features of the system
- Works with any kind of truck with no need for modifications.
- capable of loading trucks parked in parallel docks - up to 5 loading docks simultaneously (expandable).
- Loading/Unloading cycle over 150 pallets/hour (55 cycles NALON N8 TLC)
- Maximum load weight 3,000 kg (6,613 lb) each loading cycle. (Expandable to 4,500 kg (9,920 lb)).
- va lid for any pallet and mosaic format that fits the trailer dimensions, e.g. 3 Euro pallets or 2 American pallets.
- Valid for vertically stacked pallets
- Possible to define the loading mosaic manually or by integration with other information systems (SGA/WMS)
- Available 24/7 (> 99% availability)
- Laser guidance system in truck box with no lateral contact.
- Truck driver assist system for parking at dock (optional).
