Manual air freight roller beds with twin roller track system

The air freight roller bed system has been designed to load/unload efficiently air cargo pallets and ULD containers.

The main objective is to reduce handling costs where up to 85% of cost reduction can be obtained in case of shuttle operations.

Air cargo roller bed consists of 4 or 5 twin roller tracks with elevation up to 13mm to be installed in trucks and trailers.

Twin roller design and limited top plate roller opening reduces debris by 30% and requires 20% less effort compared to a standard roller system.
